Children's Mental Health Week 2021

This week, 1st- 7th February, it is Children's Mental Health Week. The theme this year is 'EXPRESS YOURSELF'. It is really important to think about how you are feeling and be able to talk about it to someone, especially if you are finding the lockdown hard. Everyone has found it tricky at times: some days are good and some days are not good. We need to make sure that when we are feeling a bit sad that we do something that will make us happy and help to cheer us up. It might be to bake a cake, read a book, go for a walk or sometimes have a good cry! If you are having a good day, share that with someone else by doing something to cheer them up. Please make sure you let me know if you are feeling very sad so I can try and do something to help. Even though you are not in school, you are still very important. Here are some of the role on the walls for how we are feeling at the moment.
