Junior Leadership Team
What is the JLT?
The Junior Leadership Team (JLT) is a group of children from Key Stage 2 that help to find out about our learning across school and feed back to the Senior Leadership Team. We have the important job of investigating the most effective ways that children learn and how they like to learn best.
We are set different tasks each week to take back to our class and love being inventive in the ways that we get responses, whether it is using a 'no hands up', a class vote, or even making questionnaires to help improve the way we learn.
When we have found out the most effective ways of learning we help to make our learning even more fun, exciting and challenging by suggesting ways to improve what we do.
Who are the JLT members?
Children from years 3 to 6 make up the Junior Leadership Team and are supported by Mrs Hewitt.
The current representatives are:
Year 3: Hafeez & Mariam
Year 4: Ayaan and Israt
Year 5: Eddy and Nibir
Year 6: Manaahil and Ehan
