Fun, Friends and Fitness Week
We've had a fantastic week and the weather has been perfect. Monday began with skipping workshops throughout school all day. Tuesday gave us time to think about healthy minds and how to cope with problems and become more resilient. Wednesday was a day when we thought about looking after our bodies. We started with a workout outside for Wake Up Wednesday! Then a visitor came and told us about how much sugar is in many of our drinks and why that is bad for our teeth and health. Years 5 and 6 enjoyed the company of Years 5 and 6 from Greenfield when we had a multi sport event and made new friends. Many classes went out on Thursday for trips and walks to enjoy this lovely weather and learn outside. We have managed to have our Sports Days this week too! Throughout the week every class has been looking at their wellbeing passports by noticing, giving, learning, connecting and being active alongside using our values through the different activities we've done.
