Autumn 1 Hope

Our Value this half term is Hope

This half term we will be exploring the value HOPE. Christians see their hope in God’s promise ‘that love and goodness have, and will ultimately, overcome all evil’.

Through Collective Worship, we will be thinking about how, as a school:

- we promote a vision of a hopeful future.

- we help children to understand that there is a chance of a new beginning and a fresh start in every situation.

- we help children to understand how they can play their part in a more sustainable environment and a better society.

- we help children to understand how they are citizens of the world and that this citizenship brings challenges and responsibilities.
