Year 4

Year 4 ran a whole range of stalls. From badge and bookmark making, to a shooting a basket competition. We also has some Anglo-Saxon themed stalls where children sold shield biscuits and the clay thumb pots they had made. They also had a guess the number of sweets in the jar game and a cup stacking race. All  the children worked out the pricing strategies for their stalls to ensure they earned a profit. It was great to see our stalls so busy and well done to the children for applying their maths skills so efficiently when handling money, and sometimes under pressure as they had a big queue of customers waiting.

As a class we made a superb total of £52.62. A huge well done to all year 4!
