Wednesday 17th June

Why not have a go at making Elmer the patchwork elephant yourself using a milk bottle and some coloured paper.  One of our friends has already tried this at home and it looks amazing.  Send us your photographs and we will add it to our gallery.

Or maybe have a go at the 2do Elmer the elephant on Purple mash.  Two of our friends have already completed their elephant.  Wouldn't you agree they look great!

Abc painted toast

You can paint any picture you fancy on your bread! It could be a smiley face, love hearts, a butterfly or a train. You could mix different coloured food colouring. What colours can you make? Get a grown up to help you toast the bread. Butter lightly to give taste. Enjoy your masterpiece!

Friday 19th June

On Sunday is it Fathers Day.  Why not make Dad or someone special a card to show them how much you love them.  Here are some examples of cards - maybe you could make one of them.

Summer Term Choice Board

Welcome to our new Summer Term Home Learning Page.  We are sharing our Big Question with the rest of school this term and it is What makes the world bright and colourful?  We will be giving you lots of ideas of stories to read, games to play, things to make and songs to sing all about our world and what makes it such a bright, colourful and special place to be.

You can choose to do as many things as you like from the choice board and remember to send in what you have done so that we can display it at school.  We miss you all so much and would love some of your learning to brighten up the walls at school.

Listen to Mrs Jackson read 'Down by the Cool of the Pool' by Tony Mitton and Guy Parker-Rees. It is a lovely colourful book, with a rhyming story, but it's also a dance! See if you can dance along to the story.

Video - Keep the germs away

Here is one of our friends demonstrating how soap keeps the germs away so make sure you keep washing your hands.
