Where Children love to learn and learn to love.

Mission Statement

The example of Jesus Christ and the Good news that he brought inspire St George’s school to be a caring and inclusive community in which children love to learn and learn to love.

Welcome

Welcome to the St George's Primary School Website. We hope you find it interesting and helpful when looking for information about our school.

We are very proud of our school and its caring Christian atmosphere. Every child is valued and we aim to provide an education which meets individual needs and allows all children to reach their full potential, whilst developing confidence and a sense of self worth.

St George’s has a dedicated and motivated staff team who work hard to achieve the very best for every child here. We also recognise and value the support parents provide as important partners in their children’s education.

Yours sincerely

PM Walker (Headteacher)

Ethos Conference 2018

We held another successful Ethos Conference this week, with almost 90 children from 15 different schools taking part in Collective Worship and Values Workshops. Our theme was Wellbeing and how living out our Values helps our sense of Wellbeing. It was a busy day but with lots of opportunity to reflect and think. Well done and thank you to the Ethos Group and staff who prepared and led the workshops. The News Team will be writing a fuller article on the Ethos Conference in their next edition of the Dragon’s Call.
