Spring 1

Spring 1

Hello Year 5,

Welcome to our Spring 1 web page. I hope that you are all okay and keeping safe at home. Who would have thought that we would be unable to be together in school once more?

Please continue to complete your learning from home all the challenges will be on our online platform so please check daily.

Our learning challenge question this half term is 'Where did all the cotton mills go?' Below you will find some information about our challenges for this half term. Some of this might change slightly due to being in lockdown but we will stretch our resillient muscles as best as we can!

Remember 'Let all that you do be done in love.' Keep up all the hard work!

If you have any problems or questions contact us!

Remote Learning

Although we cannot see you in person it is lovely to see you virtually through our online learning platform, please keep it up!

Responsibility

This half term, our value is "Responsibility", and we have been thinking about all our different responsibilities both in school and at home. Here is one outstanding example from one of our class mates.

We hope you like our Monochrome art!

In class, we have been working with Mrs Taylor on our monochrome art project. Below is some amazing examples of what some of your classmates have done!

Chinese New Year

For our last week, we were engrossed in learning about Chinese New year! We looked specifically at the Chinese culture and the similarities and differences between our own. Below is some amazing examples of the work we have completed together.
